I think Ms. Tracy is the best Guidance Counsellor. She is very interested in students and supports them a lot. 

I received a lot of help from her when I was studying. I wouldn't have finished 12th grade successfully without Ms. Tracy's assistance. There were many difficulties while taking classes alone online, but I think it reassured me that I can always get help from Ms. Tracy if I have any questions or difficulties.

As the Head of Guidance, Ms. Tracy Ma has been a dedicated guide to students throughout the time she was my counsellor. She puts a lot of thought into how she presents the study path as well as giving advices to her students. Her guidance was concise, engaging, useful, and persuasive. She is a counsellor that everyone wants to come and consult not only because of her professionalism and expertise, but also because of her enthusiasm and friendliness when interacting with students.

As a student, you are encouraged to learn and experiment with new skills whenever you encounter obstacles in your studies, and you feel safe and supported doing so. You also get helpful feedback that aids in your improvement.

I'm truly grateful for Ms Tracy’s invaluable guidance and support during the application process. Her expertise and communication skills are remarkable and have greatly enriched my experience in high school. My only suggestion would be to allocate specific times for responding to messages as it would provide students reassurance during online learning. Aside from that,  I would say everything was perfect!

Ms. Tracy Ma was my Guidance Counsellor. I could say that she is doing her job very professionally and always clears any confusion I encountered with the university application and daily academic performance. In addition, she is not that kind of “work only” educator. I still remember her Halloween costume that brought the entire school into the mood of the event, and I think it is very rare but important to see a counselor that would understand and celebrate the school events with students. Moreover, Ms Tracy knows exactly how to help each student differently according to their needs.
